Villa Stasi is an old Twenties restored residence, with a surface of 370 mq placed on two levels and a big garden (900 mq). Our family lives downstairs and the accomodations for our guests are upstairs. Villa Stasi is a quiet place and is located very close to the sea (150 m). Our guest can park own car in the garage (max 4 cars) and can have breakfast in the garden with jam and cake of our production (typical products of Serine farm house).

There are 4 accomodations, placed along a panoramic gallery with a view over the sea. All the accomodations have own private outside separed by a wood screen. They are all equipped with air conditioning, fridge, TV color and bathroom. There are several types of accomodations:

BILOCAL with double room (about 17 mq) and kitchen (about 8 mq).

BILOCAL with double room (about 21 mq), a single room with bunk-beds (about 10 mq).

SPACIOUS DOUBLE ROOM with the possibility to add a third bed (about 28 mq).

DOUBLE ROOM with spacious terrace (about 40 mq), with gazebo and a view over the sea for this double room (about 20 mq).
